The Organizing Center is a training and capacity building organization that supports grassroots organizations led by, and building the power of, black and brown, poor and working class, women and gender-oppressed people for sake of our collective liberation and lasting social change.
Resilient Futures is one of our keystone peer learning labs. Designed for Black, Brown, & Asian organizers and their directors, we run two parallel cohorts to support organizers to build resilience practices and directors to build a culture of resilience in their organization.
The OC has supported the Philly Black Worker Project in so many ways. Help us in saying thank you!

The Organizing Center is launching our annual Fundraising Leap. This year we are working to raise $30,000 by December 8th to support our Resilient Futures cohorts for Black, Brown and Asian organizers and their directors.
Every year The Organizing Center supports hundreds of organizers to grow their skills in the fundamentals of organizing and to transform their practices so that they build the resilience that will sustain them for the long-haul. In order to do this we need you!
We offer low-cost, sometimes even free, workshops and coaching to organizations that, themselves, are struggling to make ends meet. We're committed to supporting the growth of powerful base building projects- no matter their ability to pay. With your support we can continue this critical work in a time when building community power is so necessary.
